How long does a custom order take?

Most custom orders ship within 3–7 working days. Rapid prototypes can ship in 24–72 hours depending on complexity.

What materials do you support?

We support PLA, PETG, ABS, Nylon, Resin (SLA), TPU, and a range of specialty materials including carbon-fibre filled and wood-fill.

Which file formats can I upload?

STL, OBJ, STEP, IGES, 3MF, DXF, SVG, AI, PDF, PNG, JPG, ZIP and RAR.

Do you offer bulk pricing for businesses?

Where do you ship?

Pan-India shipping via Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC and India Post. International on request.

What is your refund policy?

Stock items can be returned within 7 days. Custom-printed items are non-returnable unless defective. Read our Refund Policy for details.
